CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation with 100% refund up to 24 hours before departure.
- For cancellations beyond 24 hours, we will evaluate each case individually.
- For bookings with 10 or more people, cancellation with 100% refund must be made at least 7 days before departure.
- In case of no-show, non-refundable.

As per the Harbour Master's Office ordinance no. 143 of 2016, in particular weather conditions (e.g. fog) or adverse weather, the service may be irregular and we reserve the right to suspend scheduled services.
On days with heavy visitor traffic, the order of visits to the islands of Murano and Torcello may be reversed.
To keep to schedule and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, the boat will depart promptly at the end of each stop. Please make sure to note the times communicated on board and be ready to depart on time.
By purchasing the excursion, the participant authorises the use of their image in photos and videos taken during the activity for promotional and informational purposes, in accordance with applicable regulations. — By purchasing and participating in the excursion, the participant authorises IL DOGE DI VENEZIA S.R.L, pursuant to Arts. 96–97 of Law 633/1941 and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), to capture and use their image and/or voice in photos and videos taken during the activity for promotional and informational purposes, without time limits and without entitlement to any compensation, in compliance with personal dignity.
